I am seventeen and (mostly) vegan. The only animal products I eat are products from bees (honey, pollen, etc) and eggs from my grandparents chickens. (i do not buy foods with eggs in them)
Becoming raw would be too hard with my family’s lifestyle. But I want to become raw one day. My body is a temple..!
@ukcelticpride I would not be eating bread, soy or yeast extract. Bread is just going to trickle you of minerals and clog you up, soy is terrible for all kinds of things (unless fermented) and yeast extract = msg. I’m not trying to be rude or critical, just things I have learned
Also, I reconcile eating any plant oils is terrible because they are extremely isolated from the whole food and therefore makes you imbalanced. Eat the whole avocado, nut or coconut, not it’s isolated oil. Fruit is fantastic!
really awesome! eating raw is about eating clean, no chemicals or alteration from men. I strongly recommend you try out it out at least to stay away from soy product which are all GMO and therefore perilous for your health.
I am a vegan but not a raw food vegan. Before I stopped eating animal products 18 months ago, my blood sugar was over 10. Now even after eating a meal my blood sugar is always below 8. I eat plenty of fruit, bread, yeast extract, soya milk, beans and olive spread. Sardonically I do not like eating salads.
@fleurdelaurier Brian would sure want a piece of ashanwandi jay, she sure looks sexy too me.
@nowayout001 Brian Clement doesn’t recommend fruit because of the high sugar anyhow.
Yes , we can equate our digestive systems to vegetarian animals, espicially the primates.because they are identical.
It’s ignorant and untrue to suggest vegans have to rely on supplements and it is not excellent for everyone,
Sad thing is 99% of people really reconcile this crap..
@fleurdelaurier the best diet is bright orange kraft cheese noodles and vivid pink hostess snowballs.colors = antioxidents.
he looks brilliant. how ancient is he then? He looks about early 30s to me.
She’s asking a lot of excellent questions
This is the first time I’ve seen Brian without a suit.
We can’t equate our digestive systems to horses and other herbivores. Yes, vegan diet can work but not for everyone, here are people with all sorts of weird allergies around the world, including myself and my younger bro for example. My friend’s father is even allergic to fruit! I am allergic to citrus fruit. And you know that vegans have to rely on fortifications and supplements… Ovo or lacto AND Ovolacto- vegetarians may be a small better… We do feel full eating veggies, it depends.
@Inflamsx YESS!!!!!!!!!!
He looks fantastic and hot for his age! Long live raw vegan foods!

i just looked up his age ….60!!!!!! is that right? that can’t be possible…look at him!oh my god
how ancient is he????
This guy saved my life
@DarkAdaptedEyes You can indeed be addicted to food. All the food additives and chemicals the FDA puts in food make people addicted causing them to eat more and become stout. High fructose corn syrup is a very common additive and very perilous. So is monosodium glutamate. Nice job being obvious saying we need food to survive. Addiction and cravings are the same thing basically. Cravings are a symptom of addiction. And yes most carnivores are scavengers of dead bodies. How aren’t they?
@DarkAdaptedEyes try taking sugar out your diet cold turkey, you will get sick as a dog for about a week.
@DarkAdaptedEyes Here are studies screening withdrawal from high-stout high-sugar diets is real.
he has a lot of excellent info but to say that carnivorous animals were “meant” to scavenge dead bodies only has no basis in scientific fact, and you cannot be ADDICTED to food. Your body NEEDS food to survive. Cravings and emotional eating, sure, but that is NOT the same as addiction. The rhetoric here crosses into kool aid drinker territory with this stuff. Just the facts please. Thanks
@uweblab1 Yes back, everyone talks about reversing. But I mean really completely be cured of it. Doctors are saying that its chronic and u can control it but never really completely cure it. is this right?
@robindooreman this is not right. thousands have reversed diabetes through raw vegan diets. look up “gerson therapy” on google.
I don’t know if any person has posted this yet but here is a website flashed for William Campbell Douglass in this video. This is NOT the same Dr. Campbell that did the China Study. The China Study is by T Colin and Thomas Campbell.
Once diabetic always diabetic. Is this right? can you restore your health from it?
