Reconcile it or not, most people do cardio to lose stout, its the simplest form of weightloss and it can be done in a relaxing mannor. Swimming is a fantastic and fun activity that anyone can delight in. 1500 calorie diets are now the new in thing, but why starve yourself to lose the superfluous weight? Why not use swimming, which is by far the best way of losing stout. Here is a small fitness program I have place together for YOU to follow:

Monday – Swim 30 laps (Your own pace) Tuesday- Swim 40 laps (Over again here is no hasten, dont push yourself too hard and make sure you drink pleanty of water, obviously not the swimming pool water as its perilous. Wednesday- Rest Thursday – Cycle to work Friday – Rest Saturday- Rest (Also handle yourself to your favourite junk food) Sunday – Swim 65+ laps.

Do this weekly, if the route starts to get a small dull, add your own thing in. or rotate the days, for example do a Monday on a Wednesday. Losing weight should not be a chore, it should be a fun enjoyable achievement, if you don’t delight in it, you wont carry on with it. Thats the simple rule. Do remember that swimming is not an simple sport, even though it may look it, you must dedicate yourself to this program and stick to it to achieve fantastic results. I started this program and found another program which I loved more, but it did help me shed off 1 marble in 2 weeks! Give it a go, if you unactive and do no sport you may want to remove a couple of days out of the program and
