When I was a young stout man of about 20 years ancient, I met a guy named Frank. Frank was a coworker at a local restaurant I was cooking at. He was thin, full of life and a vegetarian.

Frank started to point out all the corporal problems and flaws he saw in me. The first thing he said was that I should go on a diet. After a small time of being friends, Frank told me he wanted to help me lose weight. He said I double my energy and become healthier at the same time. I was desperate to lose the weight so I took him up on the offer.

We went back to his house to hang out. I had never been over his house before.  When we walked in I was amazed. Here were sprouts growing near the windows in glass jars, and here was wheatgrass growing in trays on his countertops.  I never saw anything like it.
