    @genghisgirl Thanks I have 3 kids my last baby c-section been working out I run 3 miles a day 5 days a wk and some interval schooling but my stomach is not as flat as I would want as far as clean eating not sure?

    @genghisgirl Serious inquiry – does this burn stout around the hips, or just build but and thigh muscles? I wouldn’t want built thighs lol. That would be horrible. Anyhow I’ve just always wondered about squats and stuff.

    @juhi882 A typical High Intensity Interval Schooling routine will occupy some bursts of “all-out” schooling followed by periods of lower intensity that allow for active recovery. The compensation are that you burn more calories in a shorter period of time. You also receive a benefit from EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) with research screening that you may place on a pedestal your metabolism for up to 24 hours after an HIIT workout. This is certainly a benefit for those looking to trim stout.

    @muskelnaufbauen I’d have to disagree… my knees are positioned over my ankles, not coming past my toes, I’m keeping the soft from the bottom until the top, not locking them. If the musculature around the knee is strong, this exercise should cause no issues at all.

    I really agree with the more demand the cheaper the organic food. When we lived in Turkey, we would go to local farmers market, which was literally a couple of miles long twice a week. Everyone went here and bought tons of original organic food. The produce is cheap compared to the US. It was fantastic, nearly all locals here buy 4 kilos of original tomatoes at least once a week.

    Organic food to me is stuff either I grow or a local farmer I know grows it. I don’t reconcile all the store marks saying it’s organic. It would earn a companionship a quick buck to lie or bend the truth.
